John-Rose Mind & Body Consulting

Dr. Benael J. John-Rose, Ph.D. is a Mindset and Performance Consultant who integrates sport-psychology principles, academic coaching, and resilience training to strengthen motivation, self-regulation, and consistency. His research on social support and help-seeking behaviors among student-athletes informs an evidence-based approach that promotes both academic and personal well-being.

Through collaborations with the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Center for Academic Enrichment and Outreach (CAEO) and 3J Youth, Dr. John-Rose develops and delivers programs that equip students and emerging professionals with tools for performance, reflection, and growth.

As a scholar and consultant, he also contributes to the field through research proposals, professional articles, and curriculum design focused on resilience, retention, and holistic achievement. His work centers on helping individuals and institutions create systems that turn potential into sustained performance.

We work closely with nonprofit organizations providing youth mentoring programs to at-risk students through our contributions to grant opportunities and research-based program design. We support social justice initiatives, promote mental awareness, and maintain personal connections through the Fitness by Ben (@fitbyben) lifestyle brand on social media.

Dr. JR is a health and wellness professional with multiple NSCA-accredited certifications and a Ph.D. in Psychology.
